Please click “Register to Speak” for each agenda item which you would like to address as a speaker. If you wish to speak via Zoom, and/or you are a public official, parent of an HISD student, or an HISD student and wish to be prioritized to speak, follow the instructions included in the confirmation email you will receive after you complete speaker registration. The confirmation email will come from noreply=houstonisd.granicusideas.com@granicusideas.com. 

If you do not see the confirmation email in your regular email folder, please check your junk or spam email folder. Please SAVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL if you plan to sign up to speak via Zoom. You must return to the original confirmation email in order to access the link to Zoom registration. Once you register for Zoom, you will receive another confirmation which provides the Zoom link to join the meeting. The Zoom request must be received by 2 p.m. the day before the posted meeting. The speaker’s Zoom identification must match the full first and last name under which they registered or they will not be allowed to speak.

Si desea participar por Zoom, y/o usted es un funcionario público, padre de un estudiante de HISD o un estudiante de HISD y desea que se le dé prioridad para hablar, siga las instrucciones del email de confirmación que recibirá después de haber completado su inscripción.

Si no ve el correo electrónico de confirmación en su carpeta de correo electrónico habitual, busque en su carpeta de correo no deseado o spam. POR FAVOR, GUARDE EL CORREO ELECTRÓNICO DE si va a registrarse para hablar por Zoom. Deberá volver al correo de confirmación original para acceder al registro y enlace de Zoom para entrar durante la reunión. Una vez que se registre en Zoom, recibirá otra confirmación que proporciona el enlace de Zoom para entrar a la reunión. La solicitud de Zoom debe recibirse antes de las 2 p.m. del día anterior a la reunión publicada. La identificación de Zoom del orador debe coincidir con el nombre y apellido completos con el que se registró o no se le permitirá hablar.
